Who we are

YC Argentine Live-Fire Steakhouse Catering is a family-run catering business based in Sunrise, Florida. We cook Argentine Live Fire menus on site at homes and venues across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Quote form: first and last name, email, phone, event type, event date, guest count, venue or event address, menu interests, how you'd like us to contact you (email, phone, text or WhatsApp), and anything you write in the message box.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
Emails, calls and messages: whatever you choose to share when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and the tools listed below collect basic device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your browser and device type, the pages you view, how you got to our site, and roughly where you are (city or region).

To answer your quote request and plan, confirm and cater your event

Texts and WhatsApp

If you choose text or WhatsApp as your contact method, we'll message you only about your inquiry and your event. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can also email info@yccatering.com and ask us to stop texting you.

with event partners, such as a venue, rental company or dessert partner, and only what they need for your event; and
when the law requires it, or to protect our business, our customers or the public.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. You can also ask us to stop marketing to you. Just email info@yccatering.com, and we'll reply as soon as we can. We may need to confirm it's really you first.

Children

Our website is meant for adults planning events. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email info@yccatering.com and we'll delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as we need it for your inquiry, your event and our records. Then we delete it.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on trusted providers such as Wix to host it. No website or email system is 100% secure, so please don't send sensitive details like full card numbers through our forms or by email.
